Data collected on the website

The website requires no account. Data collection is limited to:

• Booking a call: name, email address, time zone and, if you provide them, phone, country, LinkedIn profile and details about your project. They are sent to Cal.com (hosted in the European Union) to create the booking, then used to prepare and follow up on our conversation.
• Emails: if you write to me, I keep your address and message to reply.
• Audience measurement: Umami, self-hosted on my servers in Germany, cookieless and without individual tracking; statistics are aggregated.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts: loading them sends your IP address and technical browser information to Google.

Personal tools connected to my Google accounts

I use an internal, non-public application that connects only to my own Google accounts (Calendar and Gmail) to prepare a daily summary of my day and email it to me. It serves no other user.

The data it reads (calendar events, received and sent emails) is used exclusively to produce this personal summary. It is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to train general-purpose AI models. To write the summary, an excerpt of this data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, acting as a technical processor.

The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Legal bases and retention

• Bookings and conversations: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in replying. Kept for the duration of the relationship, then three years after the last contact.
• Umami audience measurement: legitimate interest, aggregated data without identification.
• Personal tools: processing of my own data; collected data is kept for a few days at most, summary history for 90 days at most.

Hosting and security

The website and my tools are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Access is key-protected, secrets are stored outside the code, and only people I authorise have access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. Write to me at ronel@kouakep.com; I reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
